Islehaven Cavaliers

Islehaven Cavalier parents are OFA, CERF, and Cardiology cleared before breeding.  Puppies are CKCSC, USA and AKC register able.  Our dogs live in the house as family members where we have all four colors of Cavaliers:  Blenheims, Tricolors, Rubies, and Black and Tans.  Puppies are available occasionally for show or pet.

ABOUT US

         I, Trish Hutchins, along with my late husband, Bruce,  purchased our first Cavalier in 1986, one of our two foundation females, Missy.  We brought home Patti, our second foundation female. a year later and have added to our brood considerably over the years. Our first litter was born in 1988, and we became totally enamored of this wonderful breed. Throughout the years, I have travelled to England, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Italy to bring back great companions and good breeding stock. The Hutchins are truly an international household!  In addition to the fur babies, I have a 21-year-old son, Brad, who is very fond of the tribe. I teach college English classes online for Delta College and the University of Phoenix. In my commitment to the breed, I have been involved for many years in the following:

    LOCATION
          Islehaven is located approximately 90 miles north of Detroit, near the Thumb and Bay City, in Essexville, Michigan.  Frankenmuth, known for its unique Bronner's Christmas World and great German style village, is 25 minutes north of us as well.  The local airport, TriCity International Airport, is serviced by United and Northwest Airlines, 25 minutes away.  Islehaven Cavaliers is  approximately 15 minutes from the Downtown Bay City exit off I-75 North.  Please email or call (989-893-9339) for specific directions, or use mapquest.com and enter the address, 1258 W.
