1.       Read this week's Chapter 16  in Technical Communication carefully.

2.       Visit the following link for lecture reading:    Unit 6

3.        Read the information carefully and take notes.
 
 

4.        Your writing assignment is to work this week on your proposal which is coming due shortly.  You should submit
                        to me a list of item that you intend to include in the appendix of your proposal paper.  Please do this in memo
                        format, and send to me by the deadline.

   5.      In the Discussion Board section, under the appropriate thread (posted question with a linked list of
                         responses),  post your answer  to the question below  and also, be sure to respond twice to other classmates'
                         posts.

                         QUESTION:  What do you see as useful information to include in an appendix for a report such as your
                         proposal?  Discuss with the class what information you will include, and classmates please comment on the
                         appropriateness of choice and offer possible suggestions.
