Alchohol abuse is no laughing matter. This isn't what you think it is, the abuse in this site refers to the wasting of perfectly good alchohol. This site s dedicated to all those people out there who leave a quarter to half a beer in their bottle, and then discard it. Not to mention all the drunk girls nationwide spilling and dropping their drinks with no disregaurd for conservation... This Site's For You! It is roughly estimated (off the top of my head) that 1 Million beers are wasted every weekend here in America, and that is why N.O.C.A.A.A.B. was started. This organization was started way back in Dec. 2001, and has been creating awareness ever since. N.O.C.A.A.A.B. is and always has been a non-profit organization, and is around solely for the purpose of creating awareness for the public. Do not send us money... ...please restrain yourself!!
